For  the economic benefit, the rubber ball cleaning system  must be installed. The central air conditioner condenser and evaporator pipe are very easy to scale, and normal water treatment should be done in the summer cooling period. Otherwise, the inorganic salt dissolved in the water will crystallize with the increase of temperature in the environment of high hardness water. Scale is formed on the wall of condenser surface, resulting in reduced heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, when the hard scale increases, the energy consumption increases and the hard scale will increase 6%~10% when the hard scale 1mm is thick; the dirt, sediment and humus of the water, as well as the bacteria and algae, and the biological mucus formed by the microorganisms and their secretions, will attach to the wall of the condenser heat transfer tube to form the dirt. Therefore, keep the condenser heat exchange pipeline clean and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser. It has a very important influence on improving the thermal efficiency of the whole unit. The condenser rubber ball cleaning device is an important equipment to improve the cleanliness of the condenser and improve the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine generator unit. With the help of the flow, the clean rubber ball, which is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the condenser's cooling pipe, is squeezed through the cooling tube, and the inner wall of the cooling pipe is repeatedly scrubbed, and the impurities are taken out, thus improving the cleanliness of the cooling pipe, avoiding the corrosion and prolonging the service life of the cooling pipe. The device can be used under the condition of no shutdown and no load reduction. The vacuum degree of the condenser is improved and the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine is improved.

To ensure that the system achieves a higher ball collection rate, the following work is necessary:
1, the four corners of the condenser water chamber should be lined with steel plates to eliminate the right angle eddy region. Before the system is put into operation, it requires no blockage and no scaling.
2. Sponge hole size of sponge rubber ball should be uniform and connected with each other, without smooth skin. Soaking in 80 C water should not be aged, loose and wear resistant.
3, if there is no two screen installation, the accuracy of filtering is not greater than 10 * 10 (mm).
4, the installation position of the rubber ball pump should be close to the receiving net as far as possible, and the entrance height of the rubber ball pump is lower than that of the receiving net outlet.
5. The laying of pipes for rubber ball automatic cleaning system should minimize the number of elbow and the change of plumb direction to reduce water resistance.
6. The speed of water flow in the condenser's cooling pipe should be between 2.5m/s and 1.7m/s.
7. In the condenser water chamber, except for the inlet and outlet of the circulating water pipe, other outlets to the outside are equipped with an aperture of 7 x 7.

Working principle of condenser rubber ball cleaning device
Selecting suitable sponge rubber ball, the wet path of the ball is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cooling tube (about 1 to 2mm) and the wet proportion is similar to that of the water. The rubber ball is put into the loading chamber from the hand hole of the loading chamber, and the number is about 10% of the copper tube of the condenser inlet chamber. Then start the rubber ball pump, open the ball valve at both ends of the system, the glue ball is driven by the slightly higher water inlet pressure of the circulating water, and enter the condensate water chamber. Because the rubber ball is a multi soft elastic body, it is squeezed through the cooling pipe under the influence of the pressure difference of the circulating water inlet and outlet. The inner diameter of the cooling pipe is wiped, so that the dirt on the inner wall of the tube is brought out with the water. The rubber ball circulation water passes through the water pipe into the receiving net, and the rubber ball is separated from the ball net, and the rubber ball is separated. The pump is pumped back to the rubber ball chamber, so that the condenser tube can be cleaned continuously.
Composition of rubber ball cleaning device
