working principle:
The rotary trash cleaning net cylinder makes a circular motion of 5 ~ 8R / min per minute at an inclination of 35 ° in the water, and 1 / 3 of the net cylinder is immersed in the water. Sewage and floating objects enter the inner part of the net cylinder from the lower opening of the net cylinder, and the floating objects are attached to the inner wall of the net cylinder and carried out from the water. When the net cylinder turns to the highest point, the impurities fall into the garbage conveying system due to the action of gravity and are transported and pressed to the discharge opening. The filtered sewage flows away through the gap of the mesh drum.
Features and applications:
Ordinary grilles generally must be equipped with screw conveyor (press), while rotary drum grilles integrate sewage cleaning, pressing and transportation, improve energy utilization and reduce management investment. Because the mesh drum clearance is fixed, the rotary drum grid trash remover cleans thoroughly, overcomes the defect of the clearance movement of the ordinary rake teeth grid, and the trash removal efficiency is more than 95%.
All the fixed components of the mesh drum are cut by water, and there will be no deformation during the cutting process to ensure the cutting accuracy. After the splicing is completed, the whole mesh drum will be processed by lathe to ensure the concentricity of the mesh drum, ensure the reliable operation of the mesh drum and prolong the service life. The rotating power of the conveying and pressing device and the rotating power of the mesh drum are provided by the same reducer, with compact structure and reduced energy consumption. The spiral blade is drawn from 6mm stainless steel 304, the pitch gradually decreases from bottom to top, and the pressing capacity is gradually enhanced.

Control system:
The control system is optional or self provided for users, and can be used by connecting the power line on site. The on-site electric control box adopts the local start and stop control button.
The on-site electric control box is equipped with the start and stop buttons of the equipment. The signal lamps are energy-saving. The electric control box is provided with a remote control interface. The electric control box adopts a stainless steel shell and is rainproof outdoors.
