Dual motor drive configuration
The string screw body of the string screw sludge dewatering machine is driven by dual motors, where the spiral shaft and the movable ring are driven by independent motors. This design is particularly suitable for situations where sludge concentration fluctuates greatly, ensuring stable dewatering effect. The two spiral shafts inside the string screw body are connected by a gear transmission mechanism, so that the rotation of one spiral shaft can drive the other spiral shaft to rotate towards each other through the gear transmission mechanism, thereby achieving synchronous motion. The active ring is driven by an external driving device, which includes a transmission mechanism, a main driving rod, an eccentric device, and a secondary driving rod. The main drive rod is stably supported by multiple support devices and equipped with multiple eccentric devices. Each eccentric device is connected to the auxiliary driving rod through a driving plate, and the auxiliary driving rod is fitted onto one end of the movable ring, connecting all the movable rings into a whole. When the motor driving the active ring drives the main drive rod to move, the eccentric device on the main drive rod will push the auxiliary drive rod to move, thereby driving the entire active ring system to move. This design not only ensures the stability of the driving rod, but is also suitable for the driving requirements of large equipment.
