1. Detailed note parameters such as speclhcation, width and depth of
canal, height of canal and interval between grlzzly bars. it is indicated
that depth before grid is 2m for order.
2. Electrlc cabinet, level-meter, rotating presser and slag car should be
ordered extra.Note pressure head control or time or both ofthem when
order.
3. It is indicated that material is carbon steel and prevention of corrosion is
general for order if the requirements is not noted.
4. Note the setting angle, generally 75°or 90°, Other setting angle should
be ordered specially.
5. The fixed forms between framework and side wall are classed to
expansion bolt fixation and embedded steel plate fixation(It is required
that chemical bolts is used for mounting when width of canal is larger
than 1.5m). Please note fixed form when order and demand for civll
design drawing embedded steel plate fixation is needed.
