Product Description

1,Rotary drum precision filter:
    The rotary drum precision filter equipment is continuous filtration. When water enters the drum, the automatic control system will start the driving system to drive the drum to rotate and start the backwash pump at the same time.  
2, Working principle of rotary drum precision filter:
    The drum starts to rotate slowly, and the backwash pump extracts the filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The washed particulate matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the equipment and discharged from the equipment through the blowdown pipe. While backwashing, the filter operates normally. When no water passes through the equipment, the equipment will stop automatically. The backwashing water is filtered water, with a water volume of 1-6m ³/ h. The water pressure is 0.6MPa.

4, Composition of rotary drum precision filter:
1. Equipment body The shell of drum type precision filter device is made of 304 stainless steel, including central water inlet pipe, rotating drum, linkage gear, rotating bearing, seal and other assembly main parts. A collection and sewage tank is set at the upper end of the central drum. All main parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Backwashing system The backwashing system includes backwashing water pump, flushing water pipe, nozzle system, sewage collection tank and sewage pipe. The backwash water pump adopts the well-known brand , Nanfang pump or the brand of the same level.
The function of the backwashing system is to use the pump to extract the filtered water and flush the filter screen from the outside to the inside by spraying high-pressure umbrella water column, so as to remove the suspended solids accumulated on the surface of the filter screen.
3. Precision filter screen
    Filter screen aperture: 10~100μm; Material: 316L stainless steel; International fixing technology, double anti-skid wire technology; Large area filter screen is formed to increase the filtering area, speed up the filtering speed and simplify the equipment structure.
4. Control system
    Drum type precision filtration equipment can implement drum frequency conversion control in the operation of filtration system. PLC control is equipped with industrial Ethernet to monitor and control the operation of the equipment according to the requirements of process design. The shell of the control cabinet is made of cold-rolled plate, and the surface is sprayed with polyester powder, and the protection grade is IP65. The control box is equipped with start stop button, automatic manual change-over switch, emergency stop button and start stop fault indication of single equipment, so the control and protection circuits are separated and the buttons and indicators are matched.
5. Deceleration system
    The driving device of each filter equipment is composed of driving motor, gear and drum support wheel. The power supply of the driving motor is 380V/50Hz/3 alternating current.
