Magnetic flocculation equipment
Currently, the removal rate of CODCr by traditional coagulation precipitation is only about 10%. It's still rare. But now, after using magnetic flocculation and magnetic separation technology for treatment, the CODCr removal effect has significantly increased, as it can reach around 30%.
For example, the treatment of supplementary water for cooling circulation in power plants usually adopts the flocculation sedimentation process, but its floc settling property is very poor. Therefore, we use a mechanical stirring clarification tank, which occupies a large area and incurs relatively high civil construction costs. So it is very suitable for retrofitting existing water treatment systems in power plants.
