Structural principle    
    FLNJ self inlet mesh plate fine screen is composed of six parts: self frame, driving system, mesh plate system, backwashing system, slag removal system and electric control system.    
    The reduction motor drives the sprocket to rotate, and the sprocket drives the mesh plate to rotate continuously; The sewage enters the screen from the water inlet and is filtered by the mesh plate. After filtration, the water flows to the outside of the mesh plate. The sewage is intercepted on the inner surface of the same plate and brought to the top with the continuous rotation of the mesh plate; The backwashing system washes the outside of the washing plate. Under the action of washing water, the dirt is washed to the slag receiving tank and flows out of the sewage outlet together with the washing water.
