Automatic backwashing microfiltration machine is a kind of equipment that can continuously and effectively screen solid suspended solids in water. The machine has compact structure, small floor area, can continuously and automatically remove dirt, and has a variety of gaps to choose from. The machine is used for solid-liquid separation of industrial wastewater, which can remove the dirt with suspended particles greater than 0.2mm. The sewage enters the buffer tank from the inlet. The special buffer tank makes the sewage enter the inner net bucket smoothly and evenly. The inner net bucket removes the intercepted material through the rotating blade, and the filtered water is discharged from the gap of the net bucket.

Working Principle
Microfilter is a kind of screen filter to intercept fine suspended matter, there is a drum-shaped metal frame, the drum rotates around the horizontal axis, with stainless steel wire (can also be copper wire or chemical fiber wire) woven into the support network and the working network. It can be used for raw water filtration in waterworks as well as removal of algae, daphnia and other plankton, and can also be used for industrial water filtration and treatment, recovery of swimming substances in industrial wastewater and final treatment of sewage.
Microfilter is a rotary drum screen filtering device. The treated wastewater enters the drum along the axial direction, and flows out through the screen in radial radiation, and the impurities in the water (fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc.) are retained on the inner surface of the screen on the drum. When the impurities retained in the screen is brought to the upper part of the drum, the pressure flushing water backwash to the slag discharge tank out. When running, the drum 2/5 diameter partially exposed to the water surface, the number of revolutions for 1-4r/min, the screen filtration speed can be used 30-120m/h, the pressure of the rinse water 0.5-1.5kg/cm2, the rinse water for the production of 0.5-1.0% of the amount of water, used in the water treatment of reservoirs, the efficiency of the removal of algae up to 40-70%, and in addition to the efficiency of the plankton up to 970% or more.
