1. Purpose:
FLCZG type center drive vertical frame mud scraper is mostly used in the circular settling tank of sewage treatment plant to scrape and collect the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the mud pit and skim the scum on the tank surface to the slag hopper for further treatment.
2. Features:
1) Features: because the machine adopts central transmission and channel fixed buttress type, it has simpler organization and less weight than the traditional one;
2) Saving operation cost and convenient maintenance;
3) Overtorque maintenance organization can be equipped according to specific requirements. When the torque value reaches the set value, it will automatically alarm and shut down, which is reliable.
3. Operation principle:
The center driven vertical frame mud scraper is composed of slag hopper 1, slag scraper 2, support 3, slag skimming plate 4, guide cylinder 5, driving equipment 6, operation bridge 7, rotating vertical frame 8, scraper arm 9, small scraper 10, mud scraper 11, etc.
Driven by the driving equipment, the scraper arm fixed on the rotating vertical frame rotates around the central axis of the tank to scrape and collect the sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank from the scraper to the sludge pit in the center of the tank. Together, the scum on the liquid level concentrates in the gradually shrinking area composed of the skimming board rotating with the guide cylinder and the surrounding scum baffle until it is closed - the scraper swing arm. When the swing arm reaches the slag collecting bucket, it is scraped and collected outside the discharge tank of the slag collecting bucket by the slag scraper on the swing arm.
It can adapt to the sedimentation tank with a diameter of 10 ~ 40m
