1.1 working principle
FLPT type automatic dosing system is an equipment for continuous preparation and dosing of polymer solution. It continuously and efficiently completes the combination and mixing of polymers according to the required reagent concentration, so as to obtain a homogeneous and active polymer solution, and deliver the configured solution to the dosing point or the specified system through the dosing pump. It is mainly used in municipal water treatment, sewage plant and other occasions where polymer
solution is used.
The working process is mainly divided into the following steps:
(1) Add enough dry powder into the hopper, and start to transport the dry powder in the hopper to the pre wetting device from dry speculation. At the same time, the solenoid valve of the water inlet pipe is opened. After the dry powder is soaked in the pre wetting device, it flows to the mixing tank by gravity for mixing and mixing.
(2) After preliminary mixing, the mixed drug solution flows to the homogenization curing tank through the overflow weir for re mixing and combination; After effective and gentle low-speed stirring for a certain time, the drug solution meets the requirements of homogenization, ripening and activity; Then it flows to the solution storage tank through the overflow weir for dosing.
(3) When the solution storage tank is filled with drug solution, the liquid level switch sends a signal and the dry valve and solenoid valve are closed automatically.
(4) Start the dosing pump and open the solenoid valve to add the drug solution to the required equipment.
(5) When the liquid level in the solution storage tank reaches the set low liquid level, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and the device automatically repeats the above steps (1), (2) and (3) to ensure that there is enough liquid medicine in the solution storage tank.
1.2 main components
It is mainly composed of dosing device, dissolving device, water supply system and control system:
1.2.1 dosing device
It is composed of stainless steel hopper, screw conveyor, electric heater, etc.
(1) Effective volume of stainless steel hopper: 60L, which can meet the consumption for a long time. The hopper is equipped with a mirror, which can observe the material level manually. The material level meter can automatically monitor the material level and send out signal alarm at the same time.
(2) Screw conveyor is composed of high-precision screws driven by worm gear reducer. The reducer has the characteristics of light weight, stable operation and high efficiency. The high-precision screw can fully meet the user's consumption.
(3) The electric heater is installed in the discharge pipe of the conveyor, which can prevent the dry powder in the discharge pipe from blocking the discharge pipe due to moisture and caking.
1.2.2 drug dissolving device
It is usually composed of pre wetting device, stainless steel tank and two mixers.
(1) The pre infiltration device adopts stainless steel cyclone bucket, and the water flow enters from the tangent direction. A cyclone water curtain is formed in the cyclone bucket to pre wet and mix the dry powder and enter the prefabricated mixing tank.
(2) The stainless steel tank body is a three tank structure, including prefabricated mixing tank, uniform ripening tank and liquid medicine storage tank. Partition plates and overflow weir plates are set between each tank. During the preparation of liquid medicine, the liquid medicine must flow from the bottom of the partition plate to the next tank through the weir at the upper part of the overflow weir plate, so as to avoid the short flow of raw liquid into the matured liquid medicine as far as possible. The tank body is a fully enclosed structure, and a stainless steel cover with a handle is installed above it. A built-in overflow pipe is set in the prefabricated mixing tank to prevent the liquid from overflowing from the upper part of the tank when the liquid level exceeds the set high level (fault). The bottom of the three tanks are provided with a drug delivery pipe and a manual ball valve, and the three drug delivery pipe orifices are connected. One end is used as a drug delivery pipe and the other end is used as a vent pipe.
(3) The two agitators are installed in the prefabricated mixing tank and homogenization curing tank. The agitator has unique structure and appropriate rotating speed, which can ensure the homogenization of the solution without damaging the polymer molecular chain.
1.2.3 water supply system
It is composed of UPVC pipeline, manual ball valve, filter, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, stop valve and rotameter.
(1) The filter is used to intercept impurities in the water and protect the solenoid valve.
(2) The pressure gauge is installed behind the filter to display the pressure. If the pressure is too low, it indicates that the filter is blocked and the impurities in the filter need to be removed.
(3) The solenoid valve receives the electric signal to realize automatic water inflow.
(4) The rotameter is used to display the inlet flow.
(5) The stop valve is used to regulate the inlet flow, which is convenient and stable.
1.2.4 control system
