Product description
LS screw conveyor is the updated product of GX type screw conveyor. It is designed according to standard of JB/T679-95 screw conveyor.
The machine features high reliability, long lifetime,good applicability, convenience to install and maintain. The temperature of materials can reach up to 100 °C, the biggest dip angle can be up to 45°.The Screw Conveyor is a conveyor device, which utilizes the rotation of the helical axis in the Ugroove to achieve the delivery of materials.
Working principle
The rotating helical blades of LS type screw conveyor move the materials to the screw conveyor for conveying. The force that makes the materials not rotate with the blades of the screw conveyor is the weight of the materials and the friction resistance of the shell of the screw conveyor to the materials. For the spiral blades welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor, the surface types of the blades include solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and so on according to the different conveying materials. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor is provided with thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to give the axial reaction force of the screw with the material. When the captain is long, the middle hanging bearing should be added.
Highlight advantages
1. It adopts small diameter and variable pitch design with high speed. It can transport 458 cubic meters of powdery, granular and small pieces of materials per hour, and the conveying length is up to 70 meters.
2. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the shell, eliminating the possibility of reducing the service life of the bearing due to loose sealing and material leakage.
3. The middle suspension bearing adopts two interchangeable structures of rolling and sliding, both of which are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices and labyrinth seals. The seals are made of nylon and plastic king, with strong sealing and good wear resistance. The sliding pad has cast copper pad that needs lubricant, alloy wear-resistant cast iron pad and copper based graphite low oil lubrication pad, and the service life of the bearing can reach 10000 hours.
4. The surface of spiral blade is coated with wear-resistant material, and its service life can be doubled compared with conventional blade.
5. The transmission part adopts cycloidal gear reducer, which has low noise, strong adaptability and convenient operation and maintenance.
Ls / GX screw conveyor is generally composed of conveyor body, inlet and outlet and driving device. The spiral body is composed of three parts: head section, middle section and tail section. Driving device: q series reducer + Y series motor, YTC gear motor.
Feeding and discharging devices: there are four kinds of feeding port, square discharging port, manual pushing discharging port and rack discharging port. The user shall weld the opening on the machine body at the use site. When arranging the positions of the inlet and outlet, pay attention to ensure the distance from the outlet to the end, and avoid the collision between the outlet and the oil filling cup of the hanging bearing, the connecting flange of the casing, the base, etc.
Screw machine body: a thrust bearing is installed in the head section to bear the axial force, and a bearing is installed in the middle section and tail section to support the screw shaft. At the same time, there is an axially movable radial bearing in the tail section of the screw conveyor to compensate the error of the length of the screw shaft and adapt to the temperature change.
Industry application
Ls / GX screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small materials, such as cement, grain, chemical fertilizer, sand, coke, pulverized coal, ash, etc. Grain and food industry: flour, soybean, peanut, starch, milk powder, salt, sugar, vitamin supplements, etc.
Building materials: cement, cement raw materials, paid materials, etc.
Plastic industry: plastic powder, plastic particles, ground pieces, etc.
Wood: sawdust, sawn wood surface, by-products, etc.
Ceramics: clay, clay, silica, sand, polishing materials, plaster of Paris, aluminum oxide powder, etc.
Agriculture: livestock feed, nourishment, powder, etc.
Ls screw conveyor is equivalent to iso1050-75 standard, and its design and manufacture comply with zbj81005 1 ~ 2-88 professional standard of LS screw conveyor. LS screw conveyor is improved from GX screw conveyor. The main improvement is the hanging bearing structure, so that materials can pass more smoothly.
The working environment temperature of LS screw conveyor is usually - 20 ~ 40 ºC, and the temperature of transported materials is generally - 20 ~ 80 ºC. LS screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal and small inclination arrangement, and the inclination angle is not more than 15 °. If the inclination angle is too large, please choose GX series screw conveyor.
Difference between ls and GX screw conveyor.
GX type spiral conveying: there are seven specifications of spiral diameters: 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 600mm. The body is 3M short, 70m long and the grade difference is 0.5m. According to different site needs, corresponding conveying systems can be formed for horizontal, inclined and vertical one-way conveying, with a conveying capacity of 1.2-458m3/h.
Ls screw conveyor: it is improved on the basis of GX screw conveyor, which increases the passing area of materials, makes the passing of materials more circulating, and improves the conveying capacity. It is used for one-way conveying with horizontal or inclination less than 20, and the conveying capacity is up to 5.6-93 vertical / h.
1. According to the driving mode:
C1 system - when the length of screw conveyor is less than 35m, it is single end drive.
C2 system - when the length of screw conveyor is greater than 35m, it is driven by two ends.
2. According to the type of intermediate suspension bearing:
M1 - is a rolling crane bearing, which adopts 80000 sealed bearing, and there is a dust sealing structure on the shaft cover. It is commonly used in places where it is not easy to refuel, do not refuel or pollute materials. It has good sealing effect, long service life of the crane shaft and the temperature of transported materials ≤ 80 ºC.
M2 - is a sliding crane bearing with dust-proof sealing device, including cast copper tile, alloy wear-resistant cast iron tile and copper based graphite less oil lubricated tile. It is often used for conveying liquid materials when the material temperature is high (≥ 80 ºC).
