The dehydration process of screw press dehydrator is divided into two stages
In the first stage, the screw auger is used for dehydration. The screw auger is divided into three sections: the transmission section, the compression section and the discharge section. The transmission section ensures the smooth entry of materials into the equipment. The pitch of the screw blade and the inner diameter of the screw in the dehydration section become smaller step by step, so the transmission space becomes smaller step by step. As the transmission space becomes smaller step by step, the pressure on the material increases step by step, forcing the material volume to shrink and squeeze out water;
In the second stage, the material is dehydrated by the material blocking device. When the material enters the discharge section of the screw auger, the screw auger will spray water on the material
