Close combination of design selection of mixers and mixing urposes. Different mixing processes need to be realized by different mixers. During design selection, we should
determine mixer models, motor power and mixing speeds first according to technical purposes and requirements of mixing and then select all parts such as speed reducers,
racks,mixing shafts and shaft seals.The specific steps are as follows:Determining mixer models which are mainly frame or spiral ribbon mixers and mixers with dispersion plates and ribbon mixing rods according to physical properties of mixing media ormaterials.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1.The mixer is a low-speed mixer, is usually used for mixing of medium and high- viscosity liquids and heat transfer reactions. It has a simple shape, is easy to make and boasts high energy efficiency.
2.The frame mixer is mainly used for mixing of dissolution of added chemicals. The anchor mixer and ribbon mixer are mainly used for chemical reactors to mix high- viscosity materials.
