The stacked screw type sludge dewatering machine follows the principles of force and water in the same direction, thin layer dewatering, appropriate pressure and extension of dewatering path, solves the technical problems of previous generations of sludge dewatering equipment, such as easy blockage, unable to deal with low concentration sludge and oily sludge, high energy consumption and complex operation, and achieves the goal of high efficiency and energy saving. Under the condition of full-automatic operation, the dehydrator can realize high-efficiency flocculation, continuously complete sludge thickening and pressing dehydration, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate. Construction principle
During the operation of the equipment, the sludge is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral blade after entering the filter cartridge from the feed port. As the pitch of the spiral blade is gradually reduced, the pressure on the sludge increases and begins to dehydrate under the pressure. The water flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the movable ring. At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the movable ring to clean the sludge The filter clearance is swept to prevent blockage, and the mud cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the screw shaft after dehydration.
The main body of the screw type sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device formed by a fixed ring and a movable ring which are overlapped with each other and through which a spiral shaft runs. The former part is concentrated part and the latter part is dehydrated part.
The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the concentration section to the dehydration section.
The rotation of the screw shaft drives the sludge to be transported from the thickening section to the dewatering section, at the same time, it also drives the floating ring to clean the filter seam to prevent blockage.
