working principle:
Peripheral drive mud scraper and suction machine mainly includes steel beam, overflow weir, transmission device, steady flow tube, central mud tank, mud discharge tank, scraper, mud suction device, Scum Collection and discharge facilities, and power transmission and gas transmission device.
The water to be treated enters the sedimentation tank through the water inlet pipe of the central cylinder, enters the sedimentation tank through the constant flow tube and then diffuses and settles around. The clear water flows out from the overflow weir at the side of the tank, where the sediment is concentrated to the suction port by the mud scraper, and the sludge sparks are increased by the disturbance and mixing of compressed air and the increase of oxygen. According to the principle of the connecting pipe, the sludge at the bottom of the tank is sucked into the sludge discharge tank through the water level difference Through the siphon, it enters into the central cylinder sludge discharge pipe for discharge.
