Working principle of spray tower: The pickling equipment generates a large amount of acid mist exhaust gas, mainly composed of hydrochloric acid. The acid mist exhaust gas is pumped into the spray tower by a fan through an arranged air duct (with characteristics such as low exhaust gas flow, low wind resistance, sufficient contact between exhaust gas and alkali solution, and good treatment effect). The gas moves at high speed from bottom to top and comes into contact with the washing solution from top to bottom. Due to the installation of multi-layer pull ring fillers in the tower, the gas-liquid contact area and contact time are increased, allowing for full contact between the gas-liquid inside the tower and the surface of the tower plate. During contact with spray water The pollutant carbon black in the exhaust gas is fully absorbed by water and can be purified; The gaseous pollutants in the exhaust gas are added to the spray water in a certain proportion to make it alkaline. During the spraying process, when water comes into contact with exhaust gas, a biochemical reaction occurs to neutralize gaseous pollutants and achieve good treatment results. During the entire exhaust gas purification process, the equipment does not need to be cleaned, and the spray water used can be recycled. The entire treatment process can be automatically controlled and the operation is simple.
