The FLZJYS-XX type essential oil water separator is an upgraded version of the original FLWYS-XX horizontal oil-water separator by our R&D team. It uses a combination of wet fiber materials and equipment for oil-water separation, and is a pure physical oil removal device that integrates cyclone, aggregation, and demulsification. It can remove emulsified oil and partially dissolved oil with a particle size of less than 10 microns.

1. The first stage coarse filtration aggregation filter chamber aggregates and separates small oil particles of 10-20 microns;
2. The secondary fine filtration adsorption filter chamber adsorbs and separates fine oil particles ranging from 0.1 to 10 microns;
3. The primary coarse filtration aggregation filter element utilizes the significant difference in affinity between oil and water for the aggregation material. Oil particles are captured by the material and retained on the surface and in the gaps, forming an oil film. When the oil film increases to a certain thickness, it falls off and aggregates into larger oil particles under the action of hydraulic and buoyancy forces.
4. The secondary fine filtration adsorption filter uses porous adsorption materials to physically adsorb dissolved oil in wastewater (van der Waals force), chemically adsorb (chemical bond force), or exchange adsorb (electrostatic force) to achieve oil-water separation.
5. The oil removal efficiency of oily wastewater is high and effective, and it can remove most of the emulsified oil and some dissolved oil in the oily wastewater discharged from petrochemical production.
6. The equipment is fully enclosed and does not require supporting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) treatment equipment. No chemicals are added, and no hazardous waste such as oily sludge (HW08) is generated, resulting in low operating costs;
7. Provide 7 * 24-hour cloud based intelligent services, with a big data platform for remote analysis and real-time optimization of device operation, achieving global data sharing, and statistical analysis of horizontal data (data between different devices) and vertical data (historical data of a single device) of devices, providing strong support for device operation and maintenance, after-sales service, device upgrades, fault alarms, troubleshooting, and other aspects.
