At present, the provision of sufficient dissolved oxygen in biochemical wastewater treatment is the key to providing biochemical and economic benefits. Due to the various types of aeration devices, the effect of oxygenation in water varies. After years of exploration and research, our company has successfully developed a new type of aerator, a rotary mixed aerator, with uniform air distribution and multiple physical effects such as swirling flow, signal flow, magnetic collision, and cutting on the bottom of the water tank, which fully breaks and refines the bubbles, achieving good oxygen transfer efficiency, low resistance, and no blockage.
Product stucture
1. The FL type rotary mixer aerator is composed of a multifunctional rotary mixer core, a diversion ring, a double house diffuser, a reverse cause diffuser, pipeline saddle connections, and non fasteners.
2. The saddle joint of the aerator's gas distribution pipe, multifunctional dynamic rotary mixing core, splitter ring, and double diffuser are made of ABS engineering plastic, and the dispersed material is polypropylene or ABS engineering material.
3. The external dimensions of the aerator are Φ260mm and Φ290mm.

1. The air dispersion of the aerator is completed through four parts: swirling flow, signal flow, collision, and cutting, to break and evenly distribute the large hole exhaust bubbles.
2. The aerator overcomes the gas diffusion caused by limited small pores and produces small bubbles. It has the characteristics of low resistance energy consumption, reliable oxygenation performance, and high oxygen utilization rate.

Installation requirements and methods
1. The aerator is installed using an air distribution network, and the aerator connection is made of DN65 UPVC water pipes with a pressure of 10 Mpa.
2. Clean the inside of the aeration tank, keep it dry and cold, and ensure that the bottom of the tank is basically flat. The installation level difference of each aerator is allowed within a range of ± 5mm.
3. After half of the installation of the aerator, water should be injected for cultivation within a week, and measures should be taken to prevent heavy objects and debris in the well.
