I. main features

Three tanks in one (premixed tank, blending and maturing tank, solution storage tank) continuous preparation.

With dry powder polymer feed function.

The flow rate of dry powder, liquid polymer and dilution water can be adjusted, and the concentration of liquid medicine can be configured according to the actual demand.

Configure reliable liquid level controller and solenoid valve to realize automatic dissolving and dosing process.

High precision dry powder conveying and pre soaking device can effectively avoid caking in the process of solution preparation.

The whole dispensing process is automatically controlled to make the prepared solution fused evenly.

Ultra low liquid level and dry powder level meter can give an alarm in time and inform to add dry powder.
The solution can be diluted online with the feed water through the dosing pump to the working concentration, and the uniform solution can be obtained through the static mixer.

II. Working principle

The polymer solution preparation process is gradually completed through each solution tank. The solution tanks are separated from each other to ensure the best solution time and constant concentration in each solution tank, and avoid short flow between the prefabricated mixing tank and solution storage tank. According to the liquid level, the liquid level meter is controlled by the electric self work. Once the liquid level reaches the "low level", the electronic water inlet valve is opened, and the dry powder feeder is started at the same time. The amount of dry medicine and water can be accurately adjusted to obtain the accurate concentration. With the increase of water inflow, the circulation process of dissolution stops when the liquid level reaches "high level". The mixer is always in operation.
