Dissolved Air Flotation Equipment
The Efficient Dissolved Gas Flotation system from HC Flourish Industry Group Co., Ltd. features an advanced vortex reactor and the latest fifth-generation flotation solid-liquid separation technology. This system excels at removing inorganic particles, algae, colloids, oils, and organic solids from diverse water sources, including rivers, reservoirs, lakes, and seawater, ensuring superior purification capabilities.
Air Flotation Principle
During the air flotation process, an abundance of fine, uniform bubbles (measuring 5-8 μm) are generated. These bubbles form a mixture with water and traditional Chinese oils, creating air-entrained flocs that rise to the liquid's surface. Utilizing a mechanical foam scraper, the floating residue is efficiently skimmed off, resulting in impurity separation and water purification.
The gas dissolution process operates on Henry's law, which stipulates that air dissolves in water under high pressure until it nearly reaches saturation. When the pressure is reduced to atmospheric levels, air precipitates from the water as small bubbles, facilitating the air flotation process.
