The FLPELY surge type surface aerator is composed of a float, submersible motor, frame, impeller, etc., mainly used for aeration of river layers.
The FLPELY vertical umbrella exposure machine consists of an electric motor, an inserted compensating coupling, a parallel vertical shaft reduction gearbox, a dual axis load-bearing transmission device, an impeller lifting device, and a pump suction umbrella impeller. The rotating impeller lifts the bottom sewage and sludge in a spiral shape along the inverted cone of the impeller. The rising sewage carries the surrounding water and is thrown out from the edge of the impeller, forming a water jump and carrying in a large amount of air for oxygenation and aeration. And lift the mixed liquid with low oxygen content at the bottom of the pool upwards for circulation and renewal. At the same time, under the pushing and lifting effect of the impeller rotation, the water flow is pushed forward in the oxidation ditch in a spiral shape at a water velocity of>0.3m/s, so that the activated sludge mixture in the ditch remains suspended and achieves the purpose of oxygenation. The inverted umbrella composite impeller surface aerator is a vertical axis low-speed surface aerator equipment. The Carrousel oxidation ditch process is mainly used for the treatment of urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.
Product Usage
Vertical surface aerator is used for riverbed stratification, water oxygenation, mixing and stirring, and upper and lower water circulation. Oxygenation of aeration tank in sewage treatment plant and treatment of wastewater

Design Suggestions
(1) Ordinary aeration tank
Circular tank: The ratio of impeller diameter to aeration tank diameter is 1:4.5~7.
Square pool: The ratio of impeller diameter to pool edge length is 1:4-7.
In principle, the water depth should be less than 1.5 times the diameter of the impeller, and the power density required for a fully mixed aeration tank should generally not be less than 25W/m3
(2) Oxidation ditch
The width of the ditch is about 2.2-2.4 times the diameter of the impeller, and the working water depth is about 0.5 times the width of the ditch. The power density of the oxidation ditch should not be less than 15-
25W/m3, suitable power is 15W/m3. It is not advisable to set up columns in the oxidation ditch. If necessary, the distance from the column to the edge of the impeller should be greater than the diameter of the impeller and be cylindrical. The distance between the partition wall in the oxidation ditch and the edge of the impeller should be 0.04~0.08 times the diameter of the impeller. If no guide wall is installed at the aerator, the center distance of the inverted umbrella impeller should be offset by 0.08~0.1 times the distance between the impellers towards the outlet direction. The distance between the bottom of the working platform of the aerator and the design water surface should be greater than 800mm.
