The equipment adopts peripheral transmission. The sewage flows in from the inlet pipe in the center of the pool. After being diffused by the steady flow tube, it flows out evenly and radially to the periphery. The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The driving device drives the working bridge. It rotates along the periphery and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The scraper scrapes the sludge and then the sludge is sucked by the sludge suction pipe relying on the hydrostatic pressure in the pool to the sludge collection tank and discharged into the central mud tank, and then through the central sludge discharge pipe. After being discharged from the pool, the scum on the water surface is introduced into the slag discharge hopper through the rotating skimming device and discharged out of the pool; while the supernatant liquid overflows into the outlet tank through the triangular outlet weir plate and is discharged.

It is mainly used for suction and discharge of mud in the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plants.
