Mechanical diaphragm metering pump, suitable for fluid metering in low-pressure applications.
Diaphragm metering pumps use flexible diaphragms instead of pistons to achieve reciprocating motion under the action of the driving mechanism, completing the suction and discharge processes. The electric diaphragm pump separates the measured fluid from the driving lubrication mechanism in structure due to the action of the diaphragm. Composite materials with corrosion resistance (pump head materials include PVC, PTFE, 304, 316, 316L) can transport corrosive and non corrosive liquids without particles. Our company's diaphragm metering pump series includes FLDJW series diaphragm metering pumps, FLDJL series diaphragm metering pumps, FLDJX series diaphragm metering pumps, FLDJZ series mechanically driven diaphragm metering pumps, and FLDJD series mechanically driven diaphragm metering pumps. Product features of diaphragm metering pump:

The diaphragm is made of multi-layer composite structure compression, with the first layer of tough acid resistant film, the second layer of EPDM elastic rubber, the third layer of 3.0mm SUS304 supporting iron core, the fourth layer reinforced with nylon fiber, and the fifth layer wrapped with EPDM elastic rubber, which can improve the service life of the diaphragm.
