The structure is simple and the reliability is high.

The drum surface is made of a molded grid and has excellent hydraulic characteristics.
The gap is optional: 0.25, 0.5, 0.75,1.0,1.5, 2.5mm.
The treatment volume has a positive linear relationship with the gap and the drum surface width. Material available; stainless steel SS304 or SS316L
It can automatically run continuously, automatically draining slag and cleaning and clogging dirt. A fully enclosed design prevents possible secondary pollution.

A rotary drum filter Press is used to separate and sieve suspended solids and fibres contained in effluent and process water.

Backwash water is small, a single hour 1-2m3. A continuous backwash backwash cleaning effect, water filtration quality and stability. 



Functional Principle:
A rotary drum filter apparatus comprising a rotary drum, a plurality of axial, parallel slots spaced circumferentially around the drum, a filter cloth positioned peripherally around the drum and portions thereof extending into each of the axial slots.
The process cycle is continuous. Each revolution consists of cake formation, cake washing (if required) drying and cake discharge. The drum rotates- partially submerged in the slurry-vacuum draws the liquid through the filter medium on the drum surface which retains the solids. The vacuum pulls air through the cake and continuous to remove liquid as the drum rotates.
