Applications
    FLWJG screen step screen decontamination machine is a special water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove sundries of various shapes in the fluid. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment, especially for taking out fibrous waste from printing and dyeing sewage. As well as the water supply industry and the water inlet of power plant, it can also be used as the front-stage screening equipment in the wastewater treatment process of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries. It is one of the advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China, filling the domestic gap. In some sewage treatment, the filtered sewage can remove 30% of organic or inorganic suspended solids, greatly reducing the treatment load of the subsequent process.
Working Principle
    The equipment frame is equipped with a chain transmission mechanism composed of motor reducer, sprocket and chain. The chain is equipped with a ladder composed of several independent step screen plates arranged from top to bottom. There are mesh holes on the ladder grid plate. The step screen replaces the traditional dynamic and static grid plates. Therefore, it completely solves the disadvantage that the dynamic and static grid plates in the traditional technology are easy to be blocked by dirt. Its chain structure is simple and has strong operability.
