Product Introduction
The FLRD dual effect air flotation device combines the advantages of both concave air flotation and dissolved air flotation, and is a new type of air flotation system developed by perfectly combining the two. This device can flexibly combine to achieve dual effects.
Application scope
Double effect air flotation is mainly used in petrochemical wastewater, meat and dairy product processing wastewater, aquaculture and mechanical processing wastewater.

operational principle
The front end of the aerator is equipped with a concave air float, and the "micro bubbles" are evenly distributed in the sewage through a stainless steel diffuser impeller. The aerator uses the high-speed rotation of the transmission impeller to create centrifugal force, and generates negative pressure around it to pump air or other gases above the water surface into the aeration port, and then release them from the submerged aeration outlet. When bubbles are generated in the small holes of the diffuser impeller, the high-speed rotating impeller will cut the bubbles into small bubble fragments with a diameter of 30-100 microns for the first pre-treatment. The jet air dissolution device for rear end air dissolution floatation uses water under a certain working pressure to maximize the integration of gas into the water, striving to be in a saturated state. Then, the formed pressure air dissolution water is released through pressure reduction, generating a large number of micro bubbles that fully contact the suspended flocs in the water, causing the suspended flocs in the water to adhere to the micro bubbles and float to the water surface together with the bubbles, forming scum and scraping off the scum, thus purifying the water quality.
