Working Principle:
The belt press filter operates based on the principle of mechanical pressure and gravity drainage. The sludge is evenly distributed onto the moving filter belt, where the water is drained through the belt under pressure. The dewatered sludge cake is then discharged for further treatment or disposal, while the filtrate is collected and discharged for clean water reuse or environmental discharge.
