The oil discharge combination device for hydraulic cyclone separation and automatic collection of floating oil is commonly known as the "tank in tank", which integrates sewage regulation, homogenization, and oil removal functions. Oil containing sewage uses the density difference between oil, water, and sludge to rotate in the multi tube bundle hydraulic cyclone separator to generate different centrifugal forces. Under the action of centrifugal force, the oil, water, and sludge are separated into three phases, and the separated oil floats to the top of the inner tank. The oil is discharged to the external dirty oil collection tank by the automatic oil skimming device set in the inner tank; The solid impurities that settle down are discharged through water pressure in the conical bucket of the settling zone; The separated sewage enters the outer tank through siphon pipes evenly distributed around it, playing a role in homogenization, buffering, and oil removal.

1. High oil removal efficiency, the FLGZ-XX tank (oil containing wastewater homogenization regulating tank) is designed to have an oil content of less than 150mg/L in the effluent, but the actual oil content is lower than 150mg/L
It can be reduced to below 100mg/L. (Excluding emulsified oil and dissolved oil).
2. During oil collection and sludge discharge operations, normal operation can be maintained with high facility utilization.
3. The high purity and low water content of the collected dirty oil improve the recovery and utilization rate of the dirty oil in the sewage treatment system.
4. Sewage has a wide adaptability range and is not affected by changes in the oil content of the incoming water, resulting in stable effluent quality.
5. The equipment is a sealed container with no odor leakage or secondary pollution, suitable for industrial production management.
6. It can operate reliably and continuously for a long time under single tank conditions.
