HOW IT WORKS
Construction principle:
The main body of the stacking screw sludge dewatering machine is composed of multiple fixed rings and swimming rings, and the spiral shaft runs through the filtration device formed in it. The first section is the concentrate part and the latter part is the dehydrated part, which concentrates and presses the sludge in one barrel, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration with a unique and subtle filter pattern.
Dehydration principle:
Sludge in the concentrated part after gravity concentration, is transported to the dehydrated part, in the process of progress with the filter seam and pitch gradually become smaller, as well as the back pressure plate blocking action, produce a great internal pressure, volume is shrinking, to achieve the goal of full dehydration.
