Principle of Drum Filter / Fine-Grid Gate Decontamination Filters / Spiral Grill Machine
The Drum Filter, also known as the Fine-Grid Gate Decontamination Filter or Spiral Grill Machine, is an advanced device combining a fine grid decontamination machine, gate hoist, and slag spiral screw press machine into one efficient system.
The grille system is constructed from drum-shaped gate-space baskets. As water flows through the gate, it passes through the grille filtration system, moving towards the export pool while gate residue gets trapped at the gate level. When the water level difference inside and outside the gate reaches a specified value, the rotary harrow tooth remediation mechanism kicks in. As the residue gear set reaches the top vertex position (clock 12:00), it starts unloading slag, which falls into the gate slag dumping trough by weight. After transitioning to 150, the top of the slag gate basket's tooth plate automatically scrapes slag adhering to the rake teeth, discharging the residue into the gate slot. The residue is then upgraded by a screw conveyor and undergoes initial press dewatering before final dewatering in the Ministry of Sinotrans, achieving a solid content of 35%-45%.
The Drum Filter / Drum Griller is inspired by imported equipment and innovative design principles. This apparatus floats on water intakes, handling sediment salvage and cleanup efficiently. It also squeezes and dehydrates residue discharge gates, catering to urban water supply/drainage and industrial water supply/drainage needs. Moreover, it effectively cuts off dirt at water intake points, ensuring cleaner water supply systems.
