Valveless filter
The valveless filter adopts a small resistance drainage system, with forward and gravity filtration, and backwashing is carried out under the action of a siphon head based on the water volume in its own clear water area. A large number of flushing and cleaning pipes are used in the filter tank, and they are arranged at the centroid axis of their respective area graphics, so the backwash water distribution is uniform.

The FLJARO-VSF valveless filter adopts a small resistance drainage system, with forward and gravity filtration, and backwashing is carried out under the action of a siphon head based on the water volume in its own clear water area. Therefore, it is not necessary to install a backwash water pump or backwash water tower like high-speed filters, medium speed filters, mechanical filters, and ordinary fast filters. The filter tank adopts a large number of flushing and clean water pipes, which are arranged at the centroid axis of their respective area graphics, so the backwash water distribution is uniform. The filtered water is collected in a clear water area using a multi angle water collection tank. Therefore, after the filter tank is in place, it has a strong adaptability to the level of the top of the water collection tank weir, and can collect water evenly.
The steel gravity valveless filter series products are widely used in surface water purification, groundwater iron and manganese removal, circulating water bypass flow, production wastewater removal of suspended impurities, subsequent filtration of organic wastewater after biochemical treatment and secondary sedimentation tank treatment, and indoor swimming pool water filtration.
