V. How It Works
1. Utilizing the advanced principle of *** effect adsorption, this technology creates a high-intensity *** field within the equipment. Rust, impurities, and other polar particle-like fine substances are magnetically drawn to the surface of the filter body. This process forms a pre-applying membrane, significantly reducing the color and turbidity of the water, ensuring a cleaner output.
2. Implementing a sophisticated graded filtration structure, the system intercepts large particle impurities within the distribution cavity. Through the robust stainless steel wedge mesh within the filter cavity, and further through a porous composite mesh structure, smaller filter particles are effectively blocked. Finally, impurities are flushed out via the sewage cavity, resulting in purified water of superior quality.
3. With the ultra-clean filtration capability of multiple filtration units connected in parallel, this system effectively concentrates and expels suspended matter, impurities, certain microorganisms, and humus from the water. This comprehensive process remarkably reduces water turbidity and lowers both Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD).
VI. Selection Instructions
1. Device Selection
For filtration accuracy less than 10 μm, a composite braided mesh structure is used.
Custom non-standard equipment can be designed to meet user requirements for filtering accuracy less than 50 μm.
2. Device Installation
Installation Guide:
a. For DN150 and smaller pipe diameters: installation can be performed overhead or using brackets.
b. For DN200 and larger pipe diameters: floor mounting is recommended, where the equipment is placed directly on the ground and connected to the pipes.
Install bypass lines to ensure that the system continues to operate normally during filter cleaning or in case of filter failure.
Installation Location:
Install on the water supply pipe of the treatment or circulatory system, ensuring the operating pressure of the system is above 0.25MPa to meet sewage requirements.
