The air floating cloud made up of nanobubbles produces white water, achieving the best effect of removing oil and floating substances. The system does not need to dissolve the gas into water and does not require reflux. The cloud air floating device can achieve small tank capacity while maintaining the required hydraulic retention time (HRT) for optimal performance. The energy consumption of cloud air floating technology is extremely low compared to traditional air floating.

The cloud air flotation device installs a ceramic membrane on a rotating shaft, injecting compressed air (or other gases) into the shaft at low pressure, and injecting the ceramic membrane into the fluid through the well. Under extremely low energy consumption, nanoscale bubbles are generated. Unlike the traditional DAF system, cloud air flotation does not require a gas tank circulation and release device, making the system more reliable and generating greater economic benefits.

Generating nanoscale bubbles for efficient gas transport
Due to the small size of the bubble ruler, the surface area of the cloud air floating ceramic film is 700 times larger than that of traditional diffusers. With the large gas-liquid interface and the slow rising bubble velocity generated by low pressure, cloud air floating technology can achieve higher gas transfer efficiency. Air flotation technology is very energy-efficient and suitable for working under low pressure with only a small amount of air required.
