Introduction
On the basis of referning to advanced foreign technology, combined with our own independent technical innovation cooperated with university to develop a new generation of sludge dewatering equipment screw press, also named stack screw sludge dewatering machines, with the characteristics of fouling, a wide application range of, low power consumption, simpler and easy operation and maintenance, energy efficient to get rid of the easy to plug in previous generations of sludge dewatering equipment, unable to deal with low concentrations of sludge and oil sludge, high energy consumption, complex technical problems.
Our screw press sludge dewatering machinest taken into account in the dehydration mechanism hydraulic with dehydration, thin layer, the appropriate pressure and extend the dehydration path. Dewatering performance in security equipment, to further reduce energy and water consumption, extend equipment life, energy efficient dehydration target.
Dewater Principle
The initial section of dewatering drum is the Thickening Zone, where the solid-liquid separating process takes place and where the filtrate will also be discharged. The pitch of the screw and the gaps between the rings decrease at the end of dewatering drum, hence increasing its internal pressure. At the end, the End Plate further increases the pressure, so as to discharge dry sludge cake.
Application

Concentration
When screw promote axial rotation, also promoting multi-axis peripheral solid live rings relative movement, under gravity, the water filter from the relative movement of the rings gap to achieve rapid concentration.
Dehydtration
After the concentrated sludge with the rotation of the screw(spiral) axis is always moving forward movement; Along the discharge exit orientation of the sludge cake, the pitch of the helix axis became smaller and smaller, the gap between the ring and the ring became smaller and smaller, spiral cavity volume shrinking; Inthe role of the exit of the back pressure plate, pressure gradually increased, to promote the spiral axis followed by continuous operation to promote the sludge in the water discharged by squeezing rising cake solids content, and ultimately the continuous dehydration of the sludge.
Self cleaning
Rotation of the screw axis, and promote swimming ring rotation, the device relies on the move between the fixed ring and swimming ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, thus cleverly avoid the traditional dehydration common congestion.
