Product Description

Product Overview
Integrated electrolytic electrocoagulation air flotation machine, also known as electrocoagulation air flotation machine, electrolytic air flotation machine, etc., can remove suspended solids, heavy metal ions, and chromaticity in wastewater, and improve the B/C value of biochemical treatment. When wastewater is treated with electrolytic flocculation, not only does it coagulate and precipitate colloidal and suspended impurities, but also various pollutants in the water can be removed due to the oxidation effect of the anode and the reduction effect of the cathode.
It can be widely used in slaughterhouse wastewater, food and beverage factory wastewater, printing and textile wastewater, petrochemical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, mining wastewater, leather wastewater, electroplating wastewater, spraying and painting wastewater, papermaking wastewater, landfill leachate wastewater, oilfield oil extraction wastewater, refinery oily wastewater, oil tanker bilge wastewater treatment, catering wastewater treatment, etc.
The FLEA integrated electrolytic electrocoagulation air flotation machine has a reasonable structure, high efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance, a wide range of pollutants that can be removed, rapid reaction, a wide pH range, dense sediment, and good clarification effect. It is an ideal supporting facility for sewage treatment engineering.
The electrocoagulation air flotation process is a combination of electrolysis, flocculation, and air flotation. This device is a new type of equipment based on the principle of electrochemical treatment technology to treat industrial wastewater with high concentration, high chromaticity, difficult to degrade, toxic organic pollutants, and heavy metal pollution. Based on the traditional use of electrolytic cells for wastewater electrocoagulation treatment, this equipment has undergone innovative design and significant improvements, enabling the equipment to simultaneously perform electrocoagulation, electrocoagulation, and electrochemical redox degradation during the wastewater treatment process, greatly improving the removal rate of organic pollutants and heavy metals. At the same time, it solves the problem of electrode passivation, significantly extending the electrode life, and improving current efficiency.
Equipment principle of electrolytic air flotation machine:
Electrolytic air flotation is the electrolysis of wastewater, where water molecules ionize to produce H+and OH -, which are transported directionally under the driving force of an electric field, and hydrogen and oxygen are separated from the surface of the cathode and anode plates, respectively. By utilizing its functions such as adsorption bridging and net capture sweeping, pollutants in wastewater can be adsorbed and co settled to remove them.
The electrocoagulation air flotation process integrates electrolysis, flocculation, and air flotation, using metal aluminum or iron as the anode. During the electrolysis process, trivalent aluminum ions or divalent iron ions dissolved on the anode and transferred to the solution are hydrolyzed to become effective flocculants for dispersing impurities. Oxygen bubbles are generated on the anode and hydrogen bubbles are generated on the cathode. As these bubbles rise, they carry suspended solids out of the water surface, forming a layer of scum on the surface; On the other hand, trivalent aluminum ions (or divalent iron ions) and their hydrolytic polymerization products interact with suspended impurities to cause flocculation.
Characteristics and advantages of electrolytic air flotation machine equipment:
1. High degree of automation. Integrated equipment, electronic control operation, simple operation, and precise operation.
2. The equipment is exquisitely crafted. Selected carbon steel material, resistant to rust, corrosion, and durability.
3. Directly supplied by the manufacturer. Compact structure, small footprint, stable internal structure design, scientific and reasonable design, and beautiful appearance.
4. Wide application range. It is suitable for a wide range of wastewater and can handle various pollutants.
5. High efficiency. The equipment has a short residence time and high sludge density.
6. Low operating costs. High processing power, low maintenance and repair costs
Process Function of Electrolytic Air Floatation Machine Equipment
1. Electrolytic oxidation.
The oxidation process in electrolysis can be divided into direct oxidation, where pollutants lose electrons directly at the anode and undergo oxidation; Indirect oxidation utilizes anions with lower electrode potential in the solution, such as OH - and CI -, to lose electrons at the anode and generate new strong oxidant active substances such as [0], [0H], Cl2, etc. Utilize these active substances to oxidize and decompose BOD5, COD, NH3-N, etc. in water.
2. Electrolytic reduction.
The reduction process in electrolysis can also be divided into two categories. One type is direct reduction, which refers to the reduction of pollutants by directly obtaining electrons on the cathode. Another type is indirect reduction, where cations in pollutants first receive electrons at the cathode, causing high or low valent metal cations in the electrolyte to receive electrons at the cathode and be directly reduced to low valent cations or metal precipitates.
3. Electrolytic flocculation.
Soluble anodes such as iron and aluminum lose electrons through direct current, forming metal cations Fe2+and Al3+, which combine with 0H - in the solution to form highly active flocculation groups. Their adsorption capacity is extremely strong, and their flocculation effect is superior to ordinary flocculants. By utilizing their adsorption bridging and network capture sweeping functions, pollutants in wastewater can be adsorbed and co settled to remove them.
4. Electrolytic air flotation.
Electrolytic air flotation is the electrolysis of wastewater, where water molecules ionize to produce H+and OH -, which are transported directionally under the driving force of an electric field, and hydrogen and oxygen are separated from the surface of the cathode and anode plates, respectively.
