The integrated biological deodorization device is a device that uses a combination of washing and biological filtration methods to achieve deodorization. It is a method that can not only treat certain specific odorous gases, but also flexibly treat complex mixed odors by simply changing the washing and absorption agents, biological filtration bed packing, and microbial strains, achieving twice the result with half the effort.
This deodorization device includes a front-end washing absorption and a multi-stage biological filter bed filtration zone. The deodorization device is divided into several areas horizontally, from front to back: the odor introduction area, the front stage washing and absorption area, the multi-stage biological filter bed filtration area, and the purified gas discharge area (which is connected to the outside). Gas liquid separation devices are installed between the front-end washing absorption zone and the biological filter bed filtration zone, as well as between the back-end washing zone and the purified gas discharge zone.
The vertical front and rear washing areas are arranged in three layers, from top to bottom: the spray area located at the upper part, a filling layer located in the middle, and a water storage tank located at the bottom.
The main body of this device is made of fiberglass or 304 stainless steel, with a beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life. Biological fillers are made by mixing inorganic fillers with carbonaceous fillers, which can provide suitable places and nutrients for the growth of microorganisms, ensuring the long-lasting efficiency of biological deodorization systems. The control cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel outdoor cabinet with a protection level of IP55. The system can be manually controlled locally or automatically controlled by PLC, and has a data remote transmission interface that can be connected to the central control system.
For municipal sewage treatment plants, municipal sewage pumping stations, garbage transfer stations, manure treatment plants and other places that produce a lot of odors, the odorous exhaust gas is treated, purified and discharged to meet the standards, reducing the odor pollution in the surrounding area and improving the quality of the working environment and the living environment of the surrounding residents.
