Du rubber belt vacuum filter is a kind of filtering solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed by our factory on the basis of similar product technology. The equipment adopts the structure of fixed vacuum box, tape sliding on the vacuum box, moving seal between the vacuum box and tape, and solid-liquid separation driven by vacuum negative pressure. In structure, the filtering section is arranged along the horizontal length direction, which can continuously and automatically complete the process operations of filtering, cake washing, slag unloading, filter cloth regeneration, etc., and the mother liquor and cake washing liquid can be collected by sections. The utility model has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing efficiency, low moisture content of filter cake, flexible operation, simple maintenance, etc. After years of improvement and perfection, the belt conveyor has been widely used in solid-liquid separation in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, coal washing, environmental protection and other fields, especially in gypsum dehydration (FGD) in flue gas desulfurization.

2, Technical features:
1. Modular design of the whole structure, flexible assembly, easy to transport and install.
2. High degree of automation; Blanking, filtering, washing, drying, discharging and filter cloth cleaning are all continuous automation, which can improve the production efficiency, reduce the operation cost, greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the working environment.
3: The filtration speed is fast; When the material passes through the sedimentation zone, the large particles are at the bottom and the small particles are at the top. The structure of filter cake is reasonable and the permeability resistance of filtrate is small, which can be used for thin layer rapid filtration.
4: The filtration process is convenient; Thickness of filter cake and washing water volume. The number of counter current washing stages, vacuum degree and filter cloth speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve the ideal filtering effect.
5: The washing effect is good; It can realize multi-stage horizontal or counter current washing, washing evenly and thoroughly, mother liquor and washing liquid can be collected and reused respectively according to the needs of the process.
6. DCS technology is applied in the control system, which can realize on-site and remote automatic control.
3, Vacuum box and lifting device:
The vacuum box is connected into a whole by sections, and each section is connected with the liquid collecting main pipe to form a vacuum liquid collecting system.
At the same time, a set of lifting mechanism is designed to replace the friction belt.
4, Deviation correction device:
The air cylinder or air bag is used to push the deviation correction to a certain angle to automatically correct the deviation of the filter cloth and ensure the normal operation of the filter cloth. The tensioning device adjusts the belt tension through the lead screw to ensure that the belt has enough friction and does not deviate. Using process water jet, cleaning filter cloth and tape, and equipped with vacuum pipette sealed box, which can ensure the clean work site. The nozzle can fully ensure the cleaning effect.
5, Washing process:
Counter current washing and spray washing device are adopted. At the same time, according to the requirements of materials and process, two methods of forward flow washing and counter flow washing can be adopted to clean materials more thoroughly.
6, Control system:
The remote and on-site interactive control mode is adopted to facilitate the operation of the work and the implementation of unmanned operation.
7, Tape skirt and baffle:
Ep200 four layer polyester cloth ring rubber belt is used. The belt skirt adopts a combined structure, that is, the corrugated skirt is bonded with the parallel belt. This structure has good flexibility, can avoid the skirt from changing direction and breaking through the roller, and can prevent the liquid from flowing out from both sides. The upper structure of the rubber belt is a row of drainage grooves in the middle. There is a vacuum drainage hole drilled in the middle of the groove. The drilled part is pure rubber without cloth layer, which can prevent the liquid from entering the rubber layer through the cloth layer fiber, leading to the delamination of the rubber belt, greatly extending the service life of the rubber belt.
