3. Operation principle:
The center-driven vertical frame mud scraper includes components such as a slag hopper, slag scraper, support, slag skimming plate, guide cylinder, driving equipment, operation bridge, rotating vertical frame, scraper arm, small scraper, and mud scraper.
Operational Efficiency: Driven by the central driving equipment, the scraper arm rotates around the tank's central axis, efficiently collecting sludge from the bottom and directing it to the central sludge pit. Simultaneously, the scum is concentrated by the skimming board and surrounding baffle, ultimately being gathered by the scraper swing arm and transported to the slag collecting bucket for removal.
