Work process
After the slurry enters the hopper, it is evenly distributed on the filter cloth, and the driving roller drives the rubber belr and the filter cloth to rotate synchronously. During the forward transport of the slurry, under the action of vacuum neg atiwe pressure, the liquid in the slurry penetrates The filter cloth enters the vacuum chamber through the channel on the rubber belt, and then enters the drain tank through the pipe connected to the lower part of the vacuum chamber, and then is discharged through the drain tank. The filter cake formed by the slurry is removed by a scraper. After the filter cake is remored. The filter cloth passes through the cleaning device, and is recycled after washing, so that it circulates back and farth and works continuously. During the operation of the equipment, the deviation correction device ensures that the filter cloth does not deviate. The tension device adjusts the tension of the rubber belt through the screw to ensure sufficient friction. If the material needs to be washed, it can be washed through the washing bucket installed on the equipment.
Working principle
The ring shaped tape is driven by the motor to run continuously through deceleration, and the filter cloth is laid on the tape to run synchronously with it. The tape is in sliding contact with the vacuum chamber (there is an annular friction belt between the vacuum chamber and the tape, and water is introduced to form a water seal). When the vacuum chamber is connected to the yacuum system, a vacuum filtration area is formed on the tape; the slurry is evenly distributed by the distributor On the filter cloth, under the action of vacuum, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is collected by the horizontal groove on the tape and enters the vacuum chamber through the small hole, and the solid particles are trapped to form a filter cake; the liquid entering the vacuum is discharged through the gas-water separator . Introduction of main components
1.
