1. Purpose
Oil filter for UHV Transformer  ( Transformer oil vacuum filter for power plant is especially used in 500kV, 750kV and 1000kV AC power grid, ± 660KV, ± 800kV DC power grid, this machine has strong vacuum degassing ability, oil-water separation ability, particle purification ability. It is commonly used for on-site maintenance of transformer and deep purification of high-grade new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, ultra-high voltage transformer oil, etc. It is also used for vacuum oiling and drying of transformer.

3. Equipment features
Two stage vacuum large pumping speed and advanced dehydration and degassing system, adopting large area three-dimensional flash technology, can quickly and efficiently remove harmful components such as water, impurities and hydrocarbons in the oil, and improve the flash point and withstand voltage strength of insulating oil.
It can meet the requirements of vacuum pumping and vacuum oil injection for transformer body at installation or maintenance site.
Precision filtration system, high-quality filter element, multi-stage filtration and step-by-step encryption can effectively remove the mechanical impurities in the oil, and the filter element pollution degree automatic detection function is configured.
Automatic constant temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic defoaming control system, automatic pressure protection system and excellent configuration ensure high performance operation of the equipment.
Online oil filtering, unmanned operation, and operation status displayed by indicator light.
The machine is humanized design, low noise, easy to operate, long maintenance interval, low energy consumption, saving operation cost.
The whole machine is equipped with interlock safety protection, and the oil drainage system, vacuum system and heating system are interlocked.
It is equipped with filter element replacement indication and filter element saturation shutdown device.
There are electric leakage and overload shutdown devices to protect the motor.
