A. Product Overview
The fully automatic dosing device is a practical new type of equipment designed by our company specifically to optimize the operation of the circulating water system. It is a new generation of energy-saving water treatment equipment developed by absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad.
The fully automatic dosing device mainly consists of a solution tank, metering pump, filter, solenoid valve, check valve, water level gauge, pressure gauge, control cabinet, installation platform, etc., which are integrated and installed on a base. Users only need to place the combination dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing tube to the power supply, and start the operation. During the operation, the pH of the fluid is automatically detected, and the corresponding medication is intelligently judged and added.
B. Working principle
The addition of chemicals to the system is achieved through the mechanical pulse action and stroke adjustment principle of the metering pump. Automatic dosing can be achieved through the following two control modes. Time control mode: Use a microcomputer time control switch to control the timed opening and closing of the metering pump and discharge valve, achieving timed dosing and timed discharge. Indicative control mode: Control the real-time opening and closing of the metering pump and discharge valve using changes in water quality indicators, achieving automatic dosing and automatic discharge.
