Product overview:
LSF spiral sand water separator is a mechanical equipment for re separation of sand water mixture discharged from grit chamber in primary sewage treatment process, which can remove sand, stone, inorganic matter and other impurities. It is an ideal equipment for bell type grit chamber and aerated grit chamber.

The sand water mixture enters the liquid storage tank through the flange connection at the top, and the specially designed apron in the tank makes the water collect in the tank. In the sand water mixture, the sand and stone gradually precipitate in the spiral U-shaped groove at the bottom. The hollow belt spiral rotates slowly to push the gravel to the upper outlet, and then dehydrates naturally

working principle:        
The sand water separator is composed of shaftless screw, lining strip, U-shaped groove, water tank, deflector and driving device.

Working process:
the sand water mixture is fed into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. The sand particles with large management mode in the mixture, such as sand particles, will sink at the bottom of the U-shaped groove. Under the screw push, the sand particles will lift along the bottom of the inclined U-shaped groove, and continue to push for a certain distance after leaving the liquid level. After the sand is fully dehydrated, it is discharged to the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, and the water separated from the sand is discharged from the overflow port and sent to the inlet pool in the plant
