Product Description

MBR sewage treatment equipment
The MBR sewage treatment equipment adopts Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology, which is a new equipment that combines biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology, replacing the traditional secondary sedimentation tank. It can efficiently perform solid-liquid separation and obtain stable reclaimed water for direct use. It can also maintain a high concentration of microbial biomass in the biological tank, with less residual sludge in the process, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen. The suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, and bacteria and viruses in the effluent are greatly removed, resulting in low energy consumption and small footprint.
Applicable scope
Residential communities, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, government agencies, schools, troops, factories, and similar industrial organic wastewater, such as textile, beer, papermaking, leather making, food, chemical and other industries
process flow
Raw water → Grille → Regulating tank → Lift pump → Bioreactor → Circulating pump → Membrane component → Disinfection device → Reclaimed water storage tank → Reclaimed water system
Process Description
After entering the regulating tank through the grid, the sewage enters the bioreactor through the lifting pump. The aeration machine is activated through the PLC controller for oxygenation. The effluent from the bioreactor enters the membrane separation treatment unit through the circulation pump, and the concentrated water returns to the regulating tank. The water separated by the membrane is chlorinated and disinfected by the rapid mixing method (sodium hypochlorite, bleaching powder, chlorine tablets) before entering the reclaimed water storage tank. The backwash pump uses the treated water in the cleaning tank to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, and the backwash wastewater returns to the regulating tank. Control the opening and closing of the lift pump through the water level inside the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operations of the membrane unit can be automatically or manually controlled. When the membrane unit needs chemical cleaning operation, close the inlet valve and sewage circulation valve, open the chemical cleaning valve and chemical circulation valve, start the chemical liquid circulation pump, and carry out the chemical cleaning operation.
Characteristics of MBR process
The application of membrane biological treatment technology in wastewater regeneration and utilization has the following characteristics:
(1) Efficient solid-liquid separation can be carried out to separate suspended substances, colloidal substances, and microbial communities lost from biological units in wastewater from purified water. The separation process is simple, occupies a small area, has good effluent quality, and generally does not require tertiary treatment for reuse.
(2) It can maintain a high concentration of biomass in the biological treatment unit, greatly increase the volumetric load, and at the same time, the efficiency of membrane separation greatly shortens the hydraulic retention time of the treatment unit, resulting in a corresponding reduction in the footprint of the bioreactor.
(3) Due to its ability to prevent the loss of various microbial communities, it is beneficial for the growth of slow-moving bacteria (such as nitrifying bacteria), thereby facilitating the smooth progress of various metabolic processes in the system.
(4) Making the residence time of some large molecules difficult to degrade organic compounds longer is beneficial for their decomposition.
(5) Membrane treatment technology, like other filtration and separation technologies, can slow down the decrease in membrane flux and maintain the effective service life of the MBR system over a long period of operation due to membrane blockage as a filtering medium, and the gradual decrease in the amount of water passing through the membrane during operation. Effective backwashing and chemical cleaning can also slow down the decrease in membrane flux and maintain the effective service life of the MBR system.
  1. The application of MBR technology in urban sewage treatment can achieve fully automatic operation and management due to its simple process and convenient operation.
