Product overview
The product is made of improved plastic, reinforced and produced. The pipe walls are mechanically processed into micropores, and small and medium-sized bubbles are generated by aeration in water. The air distribution is uniform, and the oxygen utilization rate is high. When static, the pipe is compressed flat to avoid mud backflow. Long term use is non clogging and non corrosive. The distance between the product and the bottom of the pool is 300-500mm, and each installation distance is 500mm. Each product should not exceed 10, with an aeration rate of 3m/mh. The oxygen utilization rate is 12-16%, and the clothing surface is 0.5-10m/m. It is used for oxygen aeration in various degrees of water and water micro pollution dyeing.
Aeration hose design requirements
1. Active sludge method and SBR method
A,The first method is to fix the hose with a special bracket, which is fixed to the bottom of the pool with expansion bolts. The bracket is made of 10 steel, with a height of 40mm, a spacing of 500mm, and a pipe spacing of 500mm.
B,The second method is to use G1/2 "galvanized pipes at the bottom of the pool (equivalent to a filler downward expansion frame), with a spacing of 500mm between the coated pipes. The pipe direction must be perpendicular to the frame direction, and the pipe element should be installed on the frame. The center axis of the hose should be 500mm away from the bottom of the pool.
2. Biofilm aeration tank and membrane oxidation ditch
A,The pipes are placed under the material frame and perpendicular to the frame, with a distance of 10mm between the pipes and the outer frame, and a distance of 500mm between the pipes.
B,The central axis of the air distribution pipe (horizontal pipe) is on the same horizontal plane as the central axis of the pipe, and the pipe is 500mm away from the bottom of the pool.
C, The diameter of the air distribution pipe (horizontal pipe) is DN120-200mm, the diameter of the air pipe (pipe) is DN100-150mm, and the flow rate of the air pipe is s8m/s.
3. Three methods for the tail end of the tube (taking FL-65 type as an example)

Specification for installation of aeration hoses

1. Installation precautions
A,Teaching and management are not allowed to pull or throw, and air pipelines must be blown clean.
B,The central axis difference of the special fixed bracket in the active sludge method is less than 10mm, and the horizontal difference of the lower roof frame in the membrane aeration tank is less than 105mm.
C,First, fix the tail of the unit, and then cut off the extra long part in the middle from the bottom.
D, If a sewage pipe is used at the tail, the sewage pipe must extend 2/3 of the tail ventilation pipe.
E, After installation, it is prohibited to use it all around.
2. Installation method
A,Partial installation: The front of the pipe is facing upwards, the hose sleeve is connected, and the throat is then clamped into the screw groove of the connection, evenly tightening the nuts at both ends.
B, Middle installation: unfilled frame, special fixed bracket for pipe penetration; There is a material frame, and special fixing tools (provided by the factory) are used every 500mm to tie and fix the pipe under the material frame.
C, Tail installation: The reserved end of the pipe is tied to the embedded parts on the pool wall. The pipe must be straightened and straightened, and cannot be twisted, dropped or lifted in the middle.
There is no other method of bursting air, and the extra long pipe in the middle must be cut off.
