Product overview
In order to provide the oxygen needed for microbial survival in the Shiqi Biological Pond Ganoderma lucidum, a single pore membrane aerator is the best oxygenation device used in the biological recognition pond. It allows the microorganisms on the biological ceramic recognition material to obtain sufficient oxygen, improving the overall effectiveness of the gas recognition pond.
Product structure
The outer shell of  single hole membrane aerator is made of ABS plastic, which is fixed by a semi upper card single hole membrane and a lower card on the Φ25ABS and UPVC pipes, and then fixed on the board without a bracket.
Product features
A 200mm high pebble with a diameter of Φ5mm is stacked above the Huakong membrane aerator, and then evenly mixed with ceramic materials. Under oxygenation conditions, the bubble diameter is small and the bubble distribution range is large. The outlet of the aerator has concave and convex structures, which are not easy to block or be compressed by various materials.
Installation instructions
1. In the aerated biological tank, first install the sign board and aerated biological tank identification, and then install the single hole membrane aerator. When installing, it is necessary to pay attention to the firm support bracket, preferably using 304 non support bracket.
2. If there is no risk of contamination after the installation of the single hole membrane aerator, it can be poured into the pebble house (with a height of about 200mm) to ensure proper placement. Do not use the single hole membrane aerator or ventilation pipeline, then pour in quartz sand, and finally pour in bioceramic material.
3. Before and after installation, it is not advisable to apply heavy pressure before pouring the product into the exhibition.
4. If the product is not installed after arrival, try to place it in a bright, dark, and ventilated room. If it needs to be stacked outdoors, it must be covered with a sunshade cloth to avoid damage.
