1, Overview
FLQXS type sand suction degritling travelling bridge is mainly used in the horizontal flow aeration grit chamber to extract the grit at the bottom of the grit chamber. The sand suction machine moves back and forth along the length of the grit chamber on the steel rail. The sand suction pump (submersible sewage pump) on the sand suction machine sucks out the sand water mixture at the bottom of the tank and discharges it to the ditch, or lifts it to a certain height and enters the supporting equipment (sand water separator) for separation. The main difference from the function of cyclone sand settler is that a slag skimming board can be set on the machine to scrape the floating slag on the water surface into the slag tank at the end of the tank.
2, Working principle
It is mainly composed of walking device, main beam, sand suction system, etc. The sand suction machine moves back and forth on the steel rail on the surface of the grit chamber. The sand suction system sucks out the sand water mixture at the bottom of the basin and discharges it into the sand water separator for sand water separation. In addition, the sand suction machine can also set a skimming board according to the user's requirements to scrape the scum on the water surface into the slag tank at the end of the pool.
3, Technical features
