Working principle
The performance of multiphase mixed air flotation mainly depends on the gas content in the multiphase mixed liquid. When the pump sucks in liquid, a certain negative pressure is formed at the pump inlet end, and air is sucked in together with the liquid through the suction hole. After high-speed rotary cutting of the pump impeller, the gas is dissolved in the liquid. By adjusting the operating conditions and the mixing ratio of gas and liquid, highly dispersed micro bubbles can be obtained or meet the requirements of larger gas carrying capacity. According to the different specifications and models of the pump, the gas content in the liquid can reach 30%. When these saturated (or even supersaturated) dissolved gas water enters the dissolved gas tank, it stabilizes for a certain period of time, and then is instantly depressurized by the release device to release highly dense water with an average diameter of less than 30 μ The tiny bubbles of m.
Finally, the flocculated wastewater enters the air flotation tank and mixes with these microbubbles. The microbubbles will attach to the suspended solids and carry them to the water surface. After reaching the water surface, the solid suspended solids rely on these bubbles to support and maintain them on the water surface. The scum formed on the surface is scraped to the scum tank by a scraper.
