Product Overview:
The sand water separator is a supporting equipment for the sand removal system of the sedimentation tank, consisting of a settling hopper, a shaftless spiral shaft, a U-shaped spiral groove, a water tank, a guide plate, etc. It can separate the sand water mixture discharged from the sedimentation tank for easy transportation.
Working principle:
The sand water mixture is fed into the water tank from the top of the separator, and the sand and gravel in the mixture are deposited at the bottom of the groove. Under the spiral conveyor without an axis, the sand and gravel are lifted from the bottom of the U-shaped groove and pushed continuously. After the sand and gravel are fully dehydrated, they are discharged into the sand container. The separated water is transported to the inlet pool.
Product features:
1. The sand water separator is an integrated structure with compact structure, light weight, and high work efficiency
2. The sand water separator can separate particles with a particle size>=0.2NN, and the recovery rate is not less than 98%.
3. The U-shaped groove of the sand water separator is equipped with an axial spiral, which has sufficient strength to prevent deformation during operation and facilitate maintenance.
4. The components of the sand water separator's sand water separation tank are all made of stainless steel material
5. The U-shaped groove of the sand water separator has sufficient replaceable lining, simple structure, and long service life.
6. The U-shaped groove of the sand water separator has a spiral support shaft that is water resistant, dust resistant, and wear-resistant.
Operation method:
1. The sand water separator should be placed horizontally on the operating platform, and the bottom must be fixed with ground bolts. Only when there is no obvious vibration can it operate
2. Before using the sand water separator, it is necessary to add mechanical oil to the gearbox
3. After connecting the power supply to the sand water separator, observe whether the screw rotates in the correct direction and always rotates towards the logistics outlet direction
4. After the sand water separator is turned on, check the materials for hard debris. If there are any abnormalities in the conveyor, immediately stop the machine for inspection
Installation precautions:
1. The installation angle error of the equipment is plus or minus 1 degree
2. The equipment is not allowed to collide, and effective measures need to be taken to protect the equipment from scratches and wear.
3. Check if the oil is normal before starting the machine
4. After confirming that all components are correct and there is no friction, it can only enter normal operation
When the sand water separator is in operation, the protective cover must not be removed
6. If the equipment malfunctions, it should be immediately stopped and the manufacturer notified for maintenance
Preparation before operation:
1. Check if the overflow valve of the equipment is open
2. Check if there are any debris inside the box
3. Check if there is any leakage or wear of the lubricating oil
4. In winter, check if there is ice inside the box
5. Check for any fault records before operation
Daily maintenance:
1. Check for noise, seal for leaks, check oil level, and raise to the required height
2. Regularly disassemble and clean, replace worn parts, accessories, etc
3. If the machine is shut down for more than 72 hours before starting, it should be flushed to remove internal materials to avoid drying and agglomeration.
Widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, municipal engineering, sewage treatment plants, and water supply and drainage.
