SELECTION METHOD
Most of the current selection methods of the reactor agitator are
based on practical experience,selecting the padde type that iscustomariy applied,and then determining various parameters of theag tator within the usual range.There are a so design methods thatuse small experiments to obtain data and perfomm comparative
amplifcation.Therefore,the selection of the reactor is not absoute,provided that the stirring effect is ensured.Either way,the initial stepof selecting the type of reactor strrer based on the purpose of mixingis indispensable.Therefore,a complete selection plan must meeteconomic and safety requirements,and finalize the best solutionaccording to the specific working conditions.
1.According to the mixing structures of reactor blades,the mixers aredivided into fat-blade,inclined (folded)-b ade,curved-blade andhelicoids-blade mixtures.Paddle and turbine mixers have flat-bladeand incined-blade structures.Impeler-type,crew-type and spiralribbon-type biades are a he icoids-biade structure.Acoording toinstal ation requirements,mixers can be divided into an integral typeand a sp it type so that it is easy to be directy fastened on the mbdingshaft and doesn't need to dismante other parts including couplings.
2.According to purposes of reactor mbcers,they can be divided intomiers for low-viscosity fiuids and mixers for high-viscosity fluids.
The mixers for low-viscosity fluids incude impel er-type,blade-type,open turbine-type,disc turbine-type,Brumagin-type,plate and frameblade-type and three-backward bent type mocers.The mixers forhigh-viscosity fuids include anchor type,frame-type,jaggeddisc-type,propel er-type and spiral ribbon-type mixers.
3.In addition,chemical reactors have a strict requirement of sealing.
There are general single end face mechanical sea's,double-endface mechanical seals and packing seals.It is the best modelselection to choose a proper seaing method according to different
scenarios.
