Process description

The modified sludge is transported to the fabric device of the sludge deep dewatering unit, and under mechanical operation, the sludge forms a uniform size mud mass distributed inside the sludge deep dewatering unit, and passes through the low-pressure zone, medium-pressure zone, high-pressure zone and ultra-high-pressure zone in turn, and the water in the sludge is gradually squeezed and separated, and then collected and discharged through the filtrate collection tanks set up in the corresponding areas, and the sludge cake is separated out from the surface of the filtering cloth by the scraper at the end of the equipment. The mud cake is separated from the surface of the filter cloth by the scraper at the end of the equipment.
The dewatered sludge cake is transported by conveyor to the dry sludge silo or transport truck for outward transportation.
