Process description
The original sludge can be added to the corresponding ratio of modifier, wall-breaking agent through the automatic dosing device at the same time to join the modification system, sludge and chemicals early in the modification device mixing and stirring, so that the sludge and chemicals modification reaction based on microbiological and physicochemical principles of the microbial surface of the sludge in my change in the molecular structure of the sludge, resulting in the adsorption of water on the surface of the sludge is difficult to separate the sludge and the sludge inside the cellular water is completely released, in order to improve the performance of the dewatering of the sludge. The modified sludge is transported to the fabric device of the sludge deep dewatering unit, and under mechanical operation, the sludge forms a uniform size mud mass distributed inside the sludge deep dewatering unit, and passes through the low-pressure zone, medium-pressure zone, high-pressure zone and ultra-high-pressure zone in turn, and the water in the sludge is gradually squeezed and separated, and then collected and discharged through the filtrate collection tanks set up in the corresponding areas, and the sludge cake is separated out from the surface of the filtering cloth by the scraper at the end of the equipment. The mud cake is separated from the surface of the filter cloth by the scraper at the end of the equipment.
The dewatered sludge cake is transported by conveyor to the dry sludge silo or transport truck for outward transportation.
